Where your request goes
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. A Cloudflare server function validates your form and verifies Cloudflare Turnstile’s spam check. It then sends the inquiry over an authenticated connection to Job Assistant, our customer management system. Job Assistant stores your contact information and project details and attempts to send a notification to our business inbox at info@integrityhandyman.org. Our email providers process that notification.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your request, clarify project needs, prepare a quote, and coordinate services you request. Submitting this form does not enroll you in marketing text messages or email campaigns. We do not sell or rent your information.
Spam prevention and technical information
Cloudflare and Turnstile process technical information, such as network and browser signals, to deliver and protect this website. We do not add advertising trackers or website analytics. We do not intentionally include the content of quote requests or credentials in application request logs. Hosting providers may maintain technical access and security logs.
Storage and access
Contact and project details are retained in Job Assistant for responding to inquiries and managing our business records. Our service providers process information to operate the website, customer management, and email systems. We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect it; no system can promise absolute security.
