Can you help with a small job or a whole list?
Yes. Send us the repair you need or your list of small projects. We’ll talk through the scope and prepare a clear quote.
Do you mark up materials?
No. Materials are charged at cost. Your quote separates the trip fee, labor, and materials so you can see what you’re paying for.
Can you work on a custom project?
Absolutely! Sometimes your ideas don’t fit into a standard repair and require some custom work. We can assist with certain projects. Give us a call!
Should I send photos?
Start with a short description. We’ll ask for photos during follow-up if they would help us understand the work.
Do you have emergency repairs?
We do offer emergency repairs. Call us to discuss the repair and current availability. If the required repair is significant, we will refer you to specialized companies.
How is a job priced?
Trip fee + labor + materials. As simple as that. You receive an itemized quote before the work begins.
Can I pay online or in person?
We provide the option to pay on site with major credit or debit cards, or to pay online.
Does a quote request book an appointment?
No. We’ll contact you to confirm the project, pricing, and availability before scheduling the work.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
